Juha Heinanen bca33c3556 - simplified user interface by using same layout row for incoming and 
outgoing calls
- dtmf digits can now be send also during incoming calls
- removed unused function uag_current()
- removed soft keyboard when call button is clicked and when call is closed
- increased version numbers
