Juha Heinanen 53f751454d - Added to Settings possibility to choose which audio modules are loaded.

Juha Heinanen 4626967ae1 - Replaced text mode EditConfigActivity with graphical Config activity 
- Current configuration items are Auto Start, DNS Servers, Opus Bit Rate,
  and ICE Lite
- Added ICE and Stun Server account options
- Fixed bug in deleting of an account
- Updated libbaresip.a and baresip.h to baresip new_account_functions
  branch (not yet committed to master)
