baresip Privacy Policy

baresip application does not collect any personal information.  User can choose in Settings that baresip is using Android contacts. If so, contact information is only used inside the application for voice calling and messaging and is not leaked outside of the application.

baresip needs access to microphone for the purpose of voice communication with other parties.

baresip supports secure call setup via TLS and secure media via ZRTP and (DTLS) SRTP encapsulation options.
