baresip Privacy Policy

baresip application does not collect any personal information.

baresip needs access to microphone for the purpose of voice communication with other parties.

User can choose in Settings that baresip is using Android contacts for calling and messaging. If so, contact information is only used inside the application while baresip is running and is not leaked outside of the application.

baresip supports secure call setup via TLS and secure media via ZRTP and (DTLS) SRTP encapsulation options.
