Juha Heinanen e9ecfdd648 Major rewrite of settings implementation by separating static and dynamic 
settings
Changed opus expected packed loss default value from 0 to 1 in order to enable
  forward error correction
Restored original audio jitten buffer size to 0-20 now when upstream bug
  is fixed
